Do I need a dance partner?
No, you’re welcome to register as a solo participant. It’s possible that solo tickets will sell out at a later date. In that case, you’ll have the option to book a couple’s ticket for certain categories. To do so, please find a partner on your own for registration.
Which dance level is right for me?
The workshop tickets do not have a level requirement for registration. Participants will be assigned to levels on-site.
My preferred ticket category is sold out. What can I do?
Check the event page to see if a waiting list or additional sales phase is available. Tickets for a different dance role are not a substitute for the sold-out category. Please book the role in which you actually want to participate.
I haven’t received a confirmation or a ticket. What should I do?
Please first check your spam folder and the email address you provided when placing your order. If you still can’t find the message, contact us with your name, the event name, and, if available, your order number.
I entered the wrong email address when booking. What should I do?
Please contact us with your name, order number, and the correct email address so we can locate your booking and review the correction. Please do not send us any complete payment or credit card information.
Where and when is the event taking place?
You can find the address, date, and published times on the respective event page. Be sure to check this information again before you arrive so you’re aware of any updates.
What should I bring to the event?
We recommend comfortable clothing and appropriate dance shoes. Also, please follow the venue’s guidelines, such as keeping your shoe soles clean, using the coat check, or bringing your own drinks.
How can I contact you if I have questions?
Please use the contact information provided on our website. If you have questions about an existing booking, please provide your name, order number, and the event in question right away.
Where can I find information about an event?
You can find the date, venue, program, and additional information on the respective event page. Please read the description carefully before booking, as offerings vary depending on the event.
What’s included in my ticket?
The description of each ticket category lists which workshops, parties, or program items are included in your ticket. Please make sure to check whether you’re booking a single program item or a pass for multiple offerings.
What do “leader” and “follower” mean?
Leader and follower refer to the roles in partner dancing, regardless of gender. If an event offers different tickets for these roles, please select the role in which you’d like to participate.
How do I get my ticket?
After booking, keep an eye out for emails regarding your order and ticket. Be sure to check your spam folder as well. If you can’t find your ticket before the event, please contact us with your name, order number, and the event name.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You’ll receive a QR code in the email, which you can also save to your digital wallet. Show us this code when you check in at the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. However, that person must meet the ticket’s eligibility criteria. You can find instructions on how to do this on the ‘Ticket Transfer’ page.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You’re welcome to transfer your ticket. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible.
How can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
If you can no longer attend an event, you can transfer your ticket to another person by updating the ticket holder details.
Important: You need the separate ticket email you received after your purchase — not just your order confirmation email.
Here's how to transfer your ticket:
- Find the separate email with the subject or message “Your event ticket is here!”. It contains a “View your ticket”button.
- Click “View your ticket” to open your ticket details, including your QR code.
- Find the “Ticket Details” section and enter the new ticket holder's first name, last name and email address.
- Click “Update Ticket Details” to confirm the changes.
Once you update the ticket details, a new ticket is generated and sent to the new ticket holder by email. Your original ticket and QR code will become invalid. Only the new ticket can be used for event entry.
If you can no longer find your ticket email or have trouble updating your details, please contact us for assistance.

What is the difference between a Workshop Ticket and a Party Ticket?
A Workshop Ticket includes access to workshops as well as social dancing and parties.
A Party Ticket gives you access to social dancing and parties but does not include workshops.
Please check the individual ticket description for any event-specific details or additional inclusions.
What is a Party Ticket – Young Adult?
The Party Ticket – Young Adult is a ticket option for attendees who are under 26 years old on the day of the event. It includes access to social dancing and parties but does not include workshops.
Please note that your age will be checked at the entrance. Make sure you meet the age requirements to use this ticket.
