This workshop is about changing how you respond to those moments.

Drawing on her background in psychology, Clara Deiters (B.Sc. Psychology) translates research on stress and performance into practical tools for West Coast Swing. You will learn how to recognize pressure early, regulate your body in real time, and return to a state where your dancing feels clear and connected.

Expect a mix of short insights and hands-on exercises you can apply immediately, both in competitions and social dancing.
